Construction Management is at the heart of services provided by The Palombo Group. We begin the planning and design process along with you and continue to support the project until every last detail has been satisfied.
What we have to offer
During the pre-construction phase, critical decisions are made regarding costs and scheduling. We will walk you through that process while providing integral services such as value engineering, constructability reviews, project budgeting, contract and document review, site selection consultation, estimating, project phasing and logistics, preparation of bid packages, bidding and solicitation of prime contractors, and qualification of contractors and vendors.
Throughout active construction, we provide full-time, onsite staff to manage the project’s progress, coordinate contractors, and ensure the safety of students and staff. The Palombo Group sets quality control standards, schedules, and oversees the performance of onsite workers. Our team will also conduct reviews to ensure code and compliance with regulatory agencies.
The Palombo Group will establish a regular schedule of owner/ architect/ contractor/ and construction manager meetings to be held throughout the duration of your project. These regular check-ins keep all parties up to date on status and budget reports, updated projections for the schedule, and ensures that issues receive the team’s prompt attention and resolution.
Finally, our team will manage the close-out process and punch lists, ensuring the full scope of work was completed to expectation.
