Municipal Works

In its work with Dutchess County alone, the Palombo Group has successfully completed Capital Projects such as the Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s Office, Dutchess County Highway Offices, and Eastern Dutchess Government Center. In our hometown of Poughkeepsie, The Palombo Group has successfully managed the completion of the City of Poughkeepsie Firehouse and the 2012 renovation of the Adriance Public Library – all on time and under budget.

Public Works & Net Zero Initiatives:

The Palombo Group has successfully completed LEED certified buildings for several public entities in the Hudson Valley. We have also successfully instituted with Geothermal heating and cooling systems, an energy-efficient and cost-effective alternative to traditional temperature control systems.

The push towards net zero is gaining momentum as part of broader efforts to combat climate change. Many governments and industries support the net zero movement through policies, incentives, and certifications that encourage the construction of net zero buildings.
