Working with Dutchess County TPG has successfully completed on time and under budget the Dutchess County Medical Examiners Office, Dutchess County Highway Offices, and Dutchess County Eastern Dutchess Government Center. Within the City of Poughkeepsie TPG has completed the city of Poughkeepsie Firehouse and the Adriance Public Library ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET

Net Zero Initiatives Experience: TPG has successfully completed LEED certified buildings for several public entities. We have also successfully instituted Geo Thermal Wells with Heat Pump HVAC systems. Our team is currently working with Orange County with their new Medical Examiners Office and Beacon Firehouse which have multiple Net Zero approaches. Both projects were successfully bid, awarded, and are under construction.
