Offering the same expert knowledge and experience of a large, national firm, our smaller, local geographical focus allows us to create and foster personal relationships that go beyond the project scope, and reinforce our commitment the community as a whole.

Along with the success we’ve seen in our 20+ year tenure, The Palombo Group is diligent in its duty to support the local economy by sourcing local contractors, supporting regional vendors and holding our corporate events at neighborhood venues and county parks.
As we thrive, we continuously seek ways to support our community as a whole. We are excited to back to students and neighbors through sponsorship of academic awards ceremonies, contributions to- and participation in- non-profit fundraising events, school and town theatre performances, academic competitions, the donation of sports equipment and protective gear to local teams, and participation in career & trade fairs.
These important partnerships allow us to give back beyond our contracted work in the Schools and Public Works Departments. We believe strongly in finding new ways to foster a better tomorrow for our close-knit community.

Team-Oriented
Every project we embark on is first assigned a project team. This is a designated group of our professional staff, typically involving at least one Project Executive, one Project Manager, one Project Superintendent (more if the scope calls for it) and one Project Administrator. Beyond these integral Project Team members, are our invaluable office support staff. Though we’re often scattered throughout the Mid-Hudson Valley, we aim to foster a close support system amongst our employees through regular company-wide meetings, staff social events, and sponsoring the endeavors of our employees and their friends, family, schools, and towns.
