Project Description
When Seymour Smith Elementary School in the Pine Plains Central School District needed some serious structural issues addressed, they turned to the Palombo Group for construction management services. A budget of $3,900,000 provided full exterior masonry restoration for the existing building and upgrading of the storm water drainage systems. In addition to the structural improvements, site work consisting of additional parking, sidewalks and landscaping was also done. This project was completed on time in the winter of 2010.
