Project Description
The town of Beekman elected to place a a recreation building and pavilion near the sports field at Center Park. The Palombo Group was awarded the contract for general construction as construction management oversight was not needed. The budget for this project was $483,500 and covered the construction of a new recreation building and attached pavilion as well as some site work. Within the building are separate toilets for men and women, a storage area, a mechanical room and an electrical room. There is also a kitchen that is separated from the bathrooms by a breezeway. A septic system was installed for the toilets and site work was done to grade the land and create parking. Construction was completed in July 2013.
