Project Description
Ulster Greene ARC is a wonderful organization that provides services for persons with mental and physical disabilities. Through their programs, these individuals can learn to do the things that will allow them to live in a more independent way. The Palombo Group was responsible for renovation of a single story building in Saugerties with administrative offices and eight apartments which house adult clients while they are learning how to do things on their own. Renovations brought the buildings up to date with repairs and the latest ADA and fire codes. For these changes, construction management was not necessary and the Palombo Group held the role of general contractor.
The budget for renovations was $800,000. The project was completed on time and under budget.
