Project Description

The Northern Dutchess Hospital, which is an affiliation of Health Quest, needed a revamp for the Wound Care Center in 2012. As a smaller, separate building on the hospital’s campus, it is expressly dedicated to the treatment of chronic wounds and related issues such as infection. The Palombo Group was responsible for construction as construction management oversight was not needed.

Portions of the building were demolished for the reconstruction which included replacements for ceilings, doors, drywall, HVAC, plumbing and flooring. Upgrades were made to fire protection and electrical systems. Additionally, a new roof and fencing were installed. The project was complete in January 2013.
