Project Description

The Palombo Group was awarded a 2 million dollar contract for Construction Management Services at the Pawling CSD for District Wide Renovations

Project A:

1. HS Cafeteria Renovation, with new emergency exit stairs and railings
2. Concrete work at HS Entrance
3. HS new interior doors
4. ES renovations, new interior doors, overhead coiling doors
5. Select roofing
6. HS Unit ventilator replacement, exhaust fans, select roofing
7. MS Energy recover ventilator, remote condensing unit, air conditioning units
8. HS new light fixtures, tunable lighting in cafeteria
9. HS wiring new HVAC equipment
10. MS supply & install new generator with associated wiring
11. ES fire alarm equipment, new light fixtures, wiring for fire shutter
12. Plumbing work associated with new MS generator

Project B:

1. MS new security storefront
2. Abatement of caulk @ HS windows
3. HS new windows @ cafeteria, classrooms, offices, new security vestibule, new curtain wall and exterior doors

This project is running on time and under budget!
