Project Description

When the Marlboro Central School District needed a construction management company to oversee renovation of the Marlboro High School, the Palombo Group was there to manage the project for them. The budget was $26 million and covered site work in addition to reconstruction of the building itself. Renovations to the building included full conversion of the heating system from electrical to hot water, roof replacement, window replacement, pool renovations, auditorium renovations, and science room renovations.The site work included new tennis courts and a new track and field for events. This was only one of several projects that The Palombo Group has handled for Marlboro Central School District, a testament to our dedication and service.

The project was completed on time in the fall of 2010.
