Project Description
The Palombo Group was awarded the Construction Management contract for the construction of a restaurant located at 21 Dunham Place in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, just one block directly adjacent to the Williamsburg Bridge and one block from the river. The project included a generous size bar and dining area that occupied most of the ground floor, and a cellar that housed the kitchen and supporting areas, as well as public spaces to be utilized for special functions – such as tastings, parties and presentations. This project was completed Fall of 2016.
