Project Description
Crystal Beach Development Corporation, which owns Crystal Bay, a 40 unit condominium complex in Danbury CT decided to add to their property by building an additional 88 Unit complex called Crystal Beach. Situated just 100 feet from Candlewood Lake, and a few hundred yards from Danbury Town Park, Crystal Beach is a beautiful expansion to an already wonderful community. The new building added 200,000 square feet of total living space and included a pool, community area, and an exercise facility. Three garage bays provide parking and site work was done to create roads, curbs and landscaping. The Palombo Group provided construction management and oversaw all aspects of construction.
The budget for this project was $50,000,000. It was completed on time and under budget in July of 2006.
