I would not hesitate to recommend the Palombo Group to anyone that requires the services of a first rate Construction management team.

The Palombo Group was responsible for construction management for the Wappingers Central School District EXCEL project. A budget of $10,200,000 covered many renovations as well as the construction of new classroom additions. The additions were approximately 16,000 square feet combined and included a new technology center which was furnished with new furniture and equipment such as desks, chairs, and computers.
The renovations also included the installation of modular classrooms and general building improvements to the existing structure (such as lighting, painting and window screens). In addition to these alterations there were more major renovations made as well. The library/media center was expanded to provide more space, upgrades were made to the gymnasium, new bathrooms were put in, storage was created, windows and doors were replaced and kitchen improvements were also made. The building systems were all upgraded or replaced. Those upgrades included heating, ventilation, AC, plumbing, and electrical. Asbestos abatement was resolved and ADA compliance issues were addressed. Technology upgrades included computer equipment, wiring, a new phone system and security.
The project was completed as scheduled in the fall of 2009.
